As a Receptionist at Ford Lincoln of Cookeville, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, both in person and over the phone.
Your main responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
You will also provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries or routing them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule and manage appointments for customers with our sales, service, and parts departments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our commitment to excellence
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide support and ensure efficient operations
- Maintain knowledge of dealership products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating as necessary
- Assist with various projects and duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office suite and basic data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
