For a very busy and growing practice- need a office manager who had experience in medical office for at least 1 year.
Would prefer MBA degree.
Salary is negotiable.
Need a strong leadership personality to hire / fire/ discipline the employees.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive brand awareness and increase market share - Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives - Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for optimization - Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations e ROI - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and project management abilities Skills: - Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines - Office management: Proficient in office software (e.
