$199,000 Watts Bar Lake view with all utilities (Spring City Tennessee)

We're getting old and we're ready to either sell or trade our acreage overlooking Watts Bar lake along the Tennessee River between Knoxville and Chattanooga Tennessee.
This is almost 18 acres across the street from the waterfront.
There's two parcels.
The 14 acre piece is mostly timber covered and the smaller parcel is under the power line out by the road that I purchased later to use as pasture for a couple of horses or cows and some garden space.
We installed a gravel RV pad and 200 amp electric service with a 100 amp sub panel and a 30 amp plug for our camper.
I had a new 1000 gallon septic system put in and we bought a water meter and had it installed by the local public water department.
Everything is permitted and inspected and approved.
There's lots of deer and turkeys and we feed them and they have become like pets.
We were going to build a cabin and live there but our health is failing so we're coming back around family and friends in western NC.
So if you have a old homestead or acreage in Avery or Mitchell or Watauga or Yancey or even Carter county that's hard to get into or doesn't have utilities available we may just be able to do some trading.
We're pretty much open to offers in any of the western NC mountains.
We have people everywhere over here.
We used to live in remote Alaska too so we're interested in hard to get to, out of the way places.
