Job Summary: We are seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our team.
As an Residential Remodeler, you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your own workload in a specific time frame.
This position requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of real estate and property management.
Responsibilities of Residential Remodeler: Residential remodelers specialize in remodeling homes.
They may work on entire homes or focus on specific areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, or basements.
Residential remodelers often have strong project management skills, as they need to coordinate with various contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
They should also have knowledge of building codes and regulations, as well as materials and finishes commonly used in residential construction.
