1st shift $15.00 hr

Key Responsibilities: * Operate and set up the welded tube mill.
* Ensure quality, production, scrap, safety, and maintenance.
* Adjust tooling and fixtures on machines.
* Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or damage.
* Load/unload machines, prepare raw materials, and follow procedures.
* Report machine malfunctions or part defects to the supervisor.
Do You Have What It Takes Qualifications: * At least one year in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
* Proficiency in tooling changeover setup and cutoff operation.
* Skilled in precision measuring and inspection equipment.
* Good grasp of work instructions.
* Basic computer and data entry skills.
* Proficient manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
* Ability to operate tow motor safely.
* Ability to endure prolonged standing, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs).
