EV CHARGER INSTALLER JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary
As a EV charger installer of ReNew Solar Solutions, you represent our brand and
therefore, are treated as an invaluable member of our family! You will be
responsible for planning and installing EV chargers for both residential and
commercial properties.
Safe work practices, self-starter mentality and excellent
communication skills are critical.
Training and certification will be invested in you,
so you may build a “career” in this high growth industry with our company.
Job Duties
Layout, assembly and installation of EV Chargers and mounting equipment
Prepare materials for each installation job
Help coordinate production schedule flow; follow installation procedures &
processes
Provide “beyond expectations” customer communication, and exceptional
experience for our customers.
Make extra income: “Solar” appointment setting and Google 5-Star reviews.

Required:
Electrical background/licensed Electrician
Handyman mentality - likes working with hands.
Skilled in hand & power tools.
Take personal pride/accountability for their work effort and quality work product
Proactive in identifying issues, problems, inaccuracies and takes initiative to
ensure timely resolution
No job task is beneath you; do what it takes to get the job done
Must have tools
Honest, Trustworthy & Reliable
Willing to travel – vehicle will be provided
Nice to have:
Solar experience and/or Construction or like experience/background (a plus!)
NABCEP Certification (a plus)

Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 based on experience

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
