Job Description:
The Sales Analyst will be responsible for translating complex sales data into clear, actionable insights that drive our business strategy.
You will collaborate with our outside sales force to gather data, conduct comprehensive analysis, and create compelling presentations that inform and inspire decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to understand business goals and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collect, process, and cleanse raw sales data from various sources.
Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify trends.
Develop clear, concise reports and data visualizations that illustrate findings.
Deliver compelling presentations to the sales team and senior leadership, explaining complex concepts in an understandable way.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and other departments to align strategies.
Implement and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Work in our CRM and generate critical sales reporting (Salesforce.
com)
Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to sales and propose appropriate strategies.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or related field.
2 years of experience in a data analysis or related role preferred.
Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, R, Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and CRM (Salesforce).
Strong statistical analysis skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into understandable insights and strategies.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
Experience in sales or marketing data analysis is a plus
