Pool and Spa Depot is interviewing candidates for Front Counter Sales Associates to work in our Cookeville, TN retail store!
The Front Counter Sales Associates (FCSA) provide customers with outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
The FCSA serves customers by selling products, testing water and meeting customer needs.
**Our retail stores are open 7 days a week.
Weekend work will be a part of your normal schedule.
We are looking for candidates who are looking for full time employment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Process customer transactions.
Build relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.
Complete water tests and discuss results with customer.
Stock shelves and tidy up around store as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
**This position pays an hourly wage plus commission!!
Qualifications:
One to two years related experience or equivalent.
Previous retail experience is required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexible schedule (Retail stores are open 7 days a week)
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
