Office Coordinator

*Duties* * Provide support for the Broker & Real Estate Associate team in all aspects of paperwork on property transactions * Data entry for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) * Prepare property files for closing, ensure completion, and process commission promptly * Process and record weekly invoices * Maintain and update schedules for meetings, appointments, events, and deadlines * Answer and direct incoming telephone calls * Greet and assist visitors/clients * Create posts and ads for social media regarding property listings * General office duties as assigned *Qualifications* * High school diploma/GED required.
* Proficiency using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
* 2+ years administrative support experience working in an office environment required.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) a must.
* Experience operating and utilizing a multi-line telephone system.
* Ability to successfully multi-task and understand how to prioritize work.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Must be a team player and have a professional demeanor, possess a strong work ethic and be reliable.
* Prior real estate or real estate office experience a plus.
* Other duties as assigned.
