Transportation Services Coordinator II

Issues parking violations and retrieves information pertaining to vehicle and/or permit registration using handheld computers.
Trains new staff and supervise existing staff in the field.
Engages with students, staff, and faculty regularly to communicate proper parking procedures, which includes dealing with individuals that have been issued violations.
Reserves and/or blocks off parking spaces/lots daily.
Works some nights and weekends for campus events and activities to ensure parking needs are met.
Acts as back-up to the office staff.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Must possess strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Able to resolve customer issues.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in training and supervising staff.
Work Hours Typical hours are 7am-3:30pm.
Work any shift assigned, including overtime as required.
