Assignment Specialist

Processing housing assignments, maintaining occupancy reports, and student billing.
Provide great customer service.
Supervise student workers.
Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent.
Two years of general office experience.
Excellent typing skills.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency with various office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proven customer service skills.
Ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of general office experience.
Housing Assignment experience.
Computer experience with Banner and housing software, Star-Rez.
Work Hours Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Commensurate with education and experience; Clerical & Support Skill Level 5.
