Office Assistant
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with mail distribution and shipping/receiving
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Skills:
- Medical receptionist experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks and office procedures
- Experience with event planning is beneficial
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is advantageous
- Ability to maintain an organized office environment
- Strong attention to detail in filing and record keeping
This position requires a reliable and professional individual who can effectively handle various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Please note that this is not a remote position.
The office assistant will be required to work on-site at our location.
