The fabric has some fading and pilling but is otherwise in excellent condition.
It can be configured in multiple positions.
Locking mechanisms are included to hold the configuration in place.
Measurements as shown in photos are 113" long by 31.
5" deep for the middle, and 56.
5" deep ends.
Two 8x10 outdoor rugs are included, both with some fading and wear.
