Responsibilities include teaching four graduate courses per semester in the CACREP core curricular areas (i.

, Professional Counseling Orientation and Ethical Practice, Social and Cultural Diversity, Human Growth and Development, Career Development, Counseling and Helping Relationships, Group Counseling and Group Work, Assessment and Testing, and Research and Program Evaluation), practicum, and internship, as well as other related courses.
Minimum Qualifications
An earned doctoral degree from a CACREP accredited Counselor Education and Supervision program by August 1, 2024.
Candidate will be license eligible in Clinical Mental Health and/or School Counseling in Tennessee.
Demonstrated personal and professional commitment to diversity and collegiality.
Recent experience in higher education teaching in a classroom.
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor and/or currently a school counselor in Tennessee.
Record of professional service in organizations associated with clinical mental health, school counseling, and/or counselor education.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Commensurate with education and experience.
