Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Provide information to callers and assist with inquiries - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Receive and distribute mail and packages - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Skills: - Excellent verbal communication skills - Strong customer service skills - Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and callers.
Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to creating a positive experience for our visitors.
