Customer Service

Purchasing * Place orders * Receive orders * Track existing inventory to maintain critical supply * Maintain the purchasing log * File all documentation in both paper and online folders * Communicate all completed documentation to Rancho.
* Update and maintain all receiving logs * Basic computer skills * Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel) * Internet savvy capable of performing internet searches.
Sample Requests * Assist filling sample requests * Assist shipping samples * Assist booking shipments through UPS * Assist maintaining sample request log (online and paper) * Assist tracking sample shipments * Assist with sample product inventory * Assist with sample packaging inventory Day To Day * Answering phones and providing real time customer service.
* Providing ETA’s to customers in timely manner.
* Track existing inventory to maintain critical supply * Contacts outside service providers to schedule maintenance.
* Assisting customers with paperwork requests (COA’s, TDS, MSDS).
* File all documentation in both paper and online folders.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
00 - $18.
