Fairfield Glade is hiring for Food Runners.
Responsibilities of the Food Runner:
Delivering food to the proper tables and in a timely manner.
Assisting servers in bussing and cleaning tables.
Upholding sanitation and food safety principles throughout the shift.
Assisting in set up and break down of restaurant.
During banquets, maintaining the buffet line by replenishing food.
Setting up and breaking down all buffets.
During slow periods, the Food Runner should ask the Restaurant Manager for additional tasks.
