Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team.
As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care.

Duties:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and stimulating environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Follow established routines for meals, naps, and playtime
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety and well-being
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive and inclusive environment for all children
Skills:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related roles
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive environment for children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a classroom or educational setting
- Familiarity with caregiving for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-aged children
