It's in the city limits, walking distance to pretty much everything.
The rent is $995 but that is with a $45 pet rent added.
I have also paid a pet deposit for aggressive breeds so if you have one it is welcome.
There is a deposit (I think $800) already applied and that would be yours when you move.
Willing to work with you on everything.
I just need to move home for family/personal reasons.
