Description
Provides direction and communication on various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
Ensure all policies and training communications/documents are accurate and available to employees, as required; ensure policies and procedures are followed, and assist in policy creation and education.
Works with Employee Relations Manager on employee relations issues including routine and complex issues; assists departments to resolve employee issues and develop solutions.

Plans, coordinates, and facilitates employee recognition events.

Guides employees to the Service Center for inquiries related to, benefits, leaves, payroll, and the Employee Assistance Program
Ensure completion of all necessary compliance activities, including required audits, notice distributions, I-9 compliance, labor law posters or other notices/postings, etc.
Track leaves through the life cycle to ensure proper management, administrative tracking, and clear communication with all parties.

Assist with HR representation during Joint Commission and regulatory surveys.

Develops effective retention strategies that create measurable, positive impact on employee morale and turnover.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or related field.
