We are a local small (and growing!) business looking to fill the position in our Customer Service office answering phones and scheduling work.
Are you experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and are able to work independently with little or no supervision? Are you are well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people?
Responsibilities & Qualifications: Greater detail will be discussed during an interview, but our main objective is to have you proficient in Customer Service.
Answering phones and greeting customers that stop into our office.
You’ll be managing the schedule and checking our technicians in and out during the day.
The Boss may ask you to proof-read emails or put an Excel report together.
You won't be bored; we will keep you busy!
