GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Collaborate in analyzing, updating and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures within the Human Resources department and the areas under its scope
Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employee’s hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave, holidays, deductions, withholdings, address changes, and other information .
Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions.
Reconciles payroll
Issues or reissues, physical or replacement checks or direct deposits due to payroll errors or final discharge.
Records and processes federal and state payroll tax deposits.
Coordinates and monitors indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of the corporative actions and using the HR management tools (SuccessFactors, Hispins, Clocking, etc.
).
Performs a variety of general administrative tasks related to Human Resource procedures.
Observes Ficosa’ s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a similar position
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Additional training:
Knowledge of Payroll techniques, software, workplace law or job market would be of additional value
