*GENERAL SUMMARY:*
Helps ensure the organization complies with regulatory requirements and applicable policies and procedures governing business practices.
Collaborates with other compliance staff in the identification, measurement, and monitoring of compliance risks within the affiliates.
May participate in implementing and maintaining compliance risk assessment process that provides a systematic method for evaluating the bank’s effectiveness in complying with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and related internal policies and procedures.

Ability to learn and gain a comprehensive understanding of State and Federal regulations and the policies of the organization.

College degree with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field of study.
C.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
D.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Must be able to communicate policy and procedures to staff, Board of Directors, and Auditors.
F.
Must be able to attend schools and seminars as needed to meet requirements of job.
